Well I set up a couple of PCs on campus to handle the bulk of my rendering over the weekend. Here's a sneak peek at Mutantas final renders.

I need a thesaurus.
I don't remember the exact polycount, it's around mid 6k. So it's a pretty light mesh considering how many polys I dumped into the tentacles.
1 Targa for textures at 2048 resolution.
3 light set up plus one for mood.
